I have been using trail cams for a few years now and one thing I have noticed is I generally only get one picture of a deer and some of the pictures I do get it looks like the camera spooked the deer or the deer will be looking right at the camera. Do you guys think the IR is the problem or is my camera to close to the trail? I have it setup about 8 ft off a trail. Here are some pictures I got this month.

More likely the noise than the IR glow. Stealth Cams are notoriously loud cams.

IMO, IR glow cams can't spook any more deer than their flash counterpart.

Nice BobCat Pics. I love trail cams, it is truly amazing what you get pics of.

I am going to check my camera tomorrow so I will set it off the trail about 15' and see if it helps. Yeah the bobcat was really cool I think I found a den about 50 yards from where the camera is setup so im sure I will get some more pictures.
