Either way you cant go wrong. I actually canceled all internet to my house simply because i use my IPhone and Sprint service for everything. For you, the 4s will destroy ANY BB on the market and you cant go wrong. With the limited use you will be better off choosing a 4 or 4s and saving money! I am tuping this on my IPhone which I used yesterday to mark treestand/trailcam/bedding/scrape/rub locations on a aerial photo/topo map

Sounds like your phone takes a beating. The iPhone is not as durable as many others. They just dont stand up as well to much abuse and dropping. You just need to go to a reputable retail outlet that handles most brands of phones and let them help you decide what will work best for you. By the way, I LOVED my BB. They are great phones and nearly indestructible. Good luck.

Like most non geeks, most think a feature one phone has and one does not makes it better. It's all about software, ease of use, battery life, size(does the phone fit in your hand) and look.
iCloud, iTunes and iBooks makes my
Life easier. The app store rocks also.
I am sure Samsung is making phones with some better features, well they have too because they are getting their *** handed to them where it really matters.

    Christine,

IPhone with otterbox cover. Watch the videos on YouTube. You will see how durable they are!

Yeah get an otterbox defender case or even better for you a life proof case since you bowfish... They are submersible up to 6 ft.

Get the 4S to save some money on the bigger screen since you aren't looking for that anyway.

Email is a bear to set up on iPhones depending on what service you use for email, but once it is set it is SO easy. Email may be my favorite feature of the phone

Personally I like the rokform cases better than otterbox, give them a look. rokform.com

I have never had an phone. I've had Motorola Smart phones for the past 4 years and while Motorola has been great, im honestly bored with its UI. So I have preordered me an iPhone 5 32gb in black. I hope I don't regret the switch.

You can also preorder your otterbox case for the iPhone 5. I had the commuter series case on my Droid X and loved it, but I think im going with the Defender case for 5.

4 years with my lg touch. Never had a data plan, I ordered the iPhone 5 yesterday. Debated getting 4s however it was only 50 bucks cheeper for me so I went the i5 route. Plus, new cords means nothing to me a I don't have old ones. Brothers have had multiple smartphones in last year and now have the 4s. Others all have had problems and just not user friendly like their now loved iphone.

I have a ton of apps I use on my phone in the woods, books I read, emails I send, pictures and video shot, and etc. I also use iPads and macbook pro through work so it is a no brainer for me to go this route. 4s and 5 are nicer then 4 if you use an video on them as its 1080 and not 720. I will be buying underwater case for mine too for trout fishing. A bow mount is also in the works. Wouldn't of bought this camera if I had the 4 or 4s but I'm due for an upgrade and thus am excited for it!

Regardless of what the topic, haters will hate. Also, last time I checked shooting a Mathews didn't carry a negative connotation with it! Lastly, so sick of politics; let apple take the spotlight...I need a change of pace.

That's more or less my reasoning as well. Everyone I know is happy with there iPhone 4/4s, and with me being eligible for an upgrade it only makes sense for me to try out the iPhone 5 for myself. I have at least a 15 day tryout period, so if for whatever reason I don't like it I will go with either the Razr Maxx HD or the Samsung Galaxy S3.

I use my phone for music most of the day, every day, and with so many more accessories made for the iPhone then any other phone, it might suit me better.

References? Or are we just spouting off "facts" without any real factual basis. "It's the BEST! I don't know why, but it is!"... Sorry.. made me laugh

Actually Germ, for the second quarter of this year, Samsung sold over 50 million phones. Over TWICE as many as iPhone. I guss i dont see that as getting their a**es handed to them. Quite the opposite.

Apple makes one phone model, how many does Samsung make? Btw I never listen to ANY salesmen for phones, cars, trailers or anything. What does a phone salesmen make these days? 10 bucks an hour?

That is like comparing Chevrolets entire fleet of vehicles sales to Ford F-150 sales. Kind of a skewed comparison if ya ask me.

I'm sure Samsung makes a nice phone, but it doesn't have near the accessories or apps available...and the last one I borrowed wasn't even close to as intuitive as an iPhone to use.

The 5 doesn't offer me enough to upgrade my 4S, but if/when I break my current phone (or lose it) I will go ahead and try out the 5.

Apple had at least two models. Samsung does have several. Just because Ford has more models than Chevy wont make me a Ford buyer. The salespeople for smartphones have had a lot of trainging and in a lot of cases must be certified and knowledgeable about the products to even be allowed to sell them. That incluedes ongoing training online and in classes. One would be wise to listen to what they have to say, and then make a decision. The phone salespeople I know are making well over $40K per year. They know their business.

I just explained that many phone sales people are not $10 per hour. And, they are required to take a lot of ongoing training. Your response seemed to just avoid the answer.

I know people that buy Rage broadheads because they believe they cut through an animal like an axe. A lot of those same folks probably ordered them online with their iPhone.

So what does that have to do with anything?
