We made a batch this weekend. While it is quite time consuming with having to leave it in the fridge overnight. I give it a 2 thumbs up. Just the right amount of heat and very tasty. It is a meat lovers chili for sure. But I have to admit I did add some chili beans. It's just not chili without beans.
Thanks John. If you absolutely have to have beans, I guess you have to have them. Personally, I love it without the beans.
