I live the county just north of Davis in Wappelo. Just recently we have had some land sell the past month that is much lower as others indicated and one piece that is in line with what this gentelman is asking. I really like this web site. I have been on other sites that have folks are each other like this. I sure hope this site does not turn in to one of those... It would be .

    Seems good but costly too

I think this is a best hunting ground but for me it is so costly.

This is an interesting take on Fletch's post. See, I was thinking that he was just trying to offer his opinion on what he thought the land was worth. All he did was ask why the land should be worth as much as it was. His opinion on the financial implications of rising cost and diminishing returns from farming was only a comment.

All the OP had to say was that he needed that money and couldn't go lower, instead, the OP came back with an accusation. That's the only offense I see here.

As to sportsmen turning on each other, a group of individuals who as a collective risk the rights and privileges of the whole are indeed responsible for not only supporting each other, but also policing and monitoring the actions of its members. Ostracization and calling people out are a common and effective way of ensuring that the survival of the group continues.

I hope that the OP saves his home and that he's able to find someone to purchase his land.
