I purchased 160 acres of prime Iowa deer hunting ground last year. I do not bow hunt. My oldest son does but he lives in TX and can only hunt one week out of the season. I thought i would sell a few hunts to help pay for the land so i am offering a few hunts at $1000.00 per week per person with a maximum of two people per week. With the cost of NR Iowa tags rounding out to over $400, it might be difficult to convince someone to fork over close to $1,500 just for the opportunity to hunt a relatively small parcel of land. Just my 2 cents.
LSU you might be right. I do know that the big places charge $3500 which does include food and lodging. We shall see. Tacklebox i should have been more clear maybe. A person is more than welcome to hunt the week by himself if he chooses. I figured some people might want to bring a friend. If that is the case two would be the maximum.
