I take great pains to avoid placing my cameras in places that are easily accessable to people. I also try to avoid having them out during mushroom season and other times that I think alot of people might be in the woods. I broke that last rule this year with one of my cams because I thought it was in a really remote spot. Wrong! This guy seems to have found it. I guess I should be happy he didn't mess with it any more than he did. When I first starting watching this vid. I was puzzled as to what was happening. Watch it closely all the way through and you will be able to see.

public or private ground ? I put three cams up yesterday in the rain all with my section of climbing sticks and got the cams 10' up off the ground hope the deer and trespassers dont see them.Put both new bushnells over my raxx mineral sites and one dlc over a trail that enters the corn off the ridge. I have way to much corn here.

It is very private ground. It is a research plot for Purdue University and permission is granted on a year to year basis with very limited access. And two of the four people with permission are the local CO's so it gets watched very closely. I think I'm with you. I'm going to start elevating my cameras that I use only for inventory purposes, which this set falls into that category. I am glad that they didn't mess with it anymore than they did but I just don't understand tresspassing on places you don't belong and messing with things that don't belong to you.

Love my ez cam mounts. Just getting cams up off the ground 9-11 feet will make a big difference

Here is a pic of me on my way out from setting my wgi w6c cam with my trusty red ladder.

Agree! He's a real pro. I would say he has been there and spotted it before and knew just what to do when he got there by coming up from behind. Maybe you should think about leaving it or another one there and pointing another at it just to catch him. At least he didn't steal it or damage it though.

I would bet good money that this guy in the video had already had the card out of the cam and erased the pics of him and this was the return trip putting your sd card back in. just my 2 cents
