Ok let see , I think it was the second season scott and i hunted together we were down at my camp in central Ohio, getting ready to go into the woods for a morning hunt when i asked scott what time it was he looked at his phone and told me the time.I set my watch and said what time you want to meet up after the hunt ? He said start getting down around 10am. Im only huntting up the ravine about 600yards. So at 9.45 i start getting my stuff ready i climb down and start making my way down to scott , I get about 80 yards from him and i see him waving his arms at me i think to myself dude your camos good but not that good, i see you . so i keep walking up to his tree and he said man i was trying to get your attention there was a 140 class ten pointer chasing a doe past him till i came walking down the ravine :mad:the arm waving was for me to stop:eek: oooops, well to cut this short we got back to camp and realized that scott had no signal on his phone and that when i asked him in the morning what time it was his phone never updated the right time and it was an hour fast so when i got down it was really 8:45am not 9:45 to scotts mess up cost him a nice deer. Thats just one i have many. Scott you can add to this if you would like:D

    To clairfy...

It was the first year we hunted together 2005.

That happened the morning after daylight savings time change... That is why my phone had the wrong time with out cell service to update it.

The buck was at 40 yards coming down a point into the bottom of the ravine. He had no choice but to come right past my stand... And he did at a full sprint following the doe after she spooked from hearing Frank. The buck and doe were still around when Frank made it to the base of my tree about 50 yards up a thick covered hill side.... He couldn't see the buck but could hear him but he could see the doe...

We tried calling and rattling to try to get him to come back as he never saw Frank, only the doe did.

Just a missed opportunity. AKA Frank's Foley!

Lol, thanks buddy I appreciate it. He's still bitter that I didn't wrestle down a 300lb pig with 4" cutters to tie down to a tree. I'll pay ya by the inch :D

If you tie Scott to a tree, that's even better :D

If you are using him as your guide and paying by the inch... A small pocket of loose change will suffice.

I'm still not entirely sure about that... Maybe because he's one of the few people that truly understands sarcastic comedy:D and... I hear there is a cool "roommate" :D
