Ok People, At the beginning of videos there is usually intro music. It seems everyone has their own thing going on. Is there a website that provides these clips? Is it something that comes with editing software? Is it something you purchase?
For the most part, you have to buy the rights to it or if you are musically talented you can create your own (I have a friend that creates some cool stuff using an app called Garage Band). That being said, Youtube has some royalty free stuff. I've never tried theirs though. I personally have a large catalog of music that I downloaded royalty free many years ago when the whole royalty thing wasn't a big issue like it is today. That being said, when I need new stuff for a project these days I pay for it. Some sites I used these days are Sound Cloud, Noise Trade, Free Play, and a few others. You have to remember that people create music just as we create videos. I don't want people using my video or photo work for their projects without my permission ... it has happened actually and they took credit for it. The same for the people who create the music. Their artistic creation is not free for our taking. I find myself using less and less music in videos these days and actually am trying to go away from it all together just to be different from the rest of the crowd.
DEC is right. You can find some pretty decent stuff through the Youtube Creator Studio under the Create tab. Other than that, most places your going to have to pay for it either through a subscription or individual purchases.
You can find some great stuff for a fairly good price. I like Premium Beat, you can license songs for $49. They typically come with varied lengths and loop sets so you can customize it to the length you need.
Depends on what you are doing. I believe this one is free for personal (pay for commercial use) https://freemusicarchive.org/
Most video editors come with a stock supply of music however they are not very extensive. You have to be careful with the "free" stuff. Especially if you have sponsors or it even remote looks like you are advertising for a product. Lots of services will let you hear the music to sample it but they interlace background noise in it. I have tries audio jungle and can get some stuff there in all prices ranges. https://audiojungle.net Definitely worth it to check it out.
I use the free stuff from YouTube. Some music requires you to name them in the description. But it's free! Some people like videos without music, some like them with. I prefer with. I find when I watch music less hunting videos just a little boring unless there is something interesting being shown. Examples would be when a deer is coming in range. Without music, it's just plain less entertaining to watch. I sometimes skip ahead or just click to another video. Sent from my SM-S902L using Tapatalk
It does depend on what you intend to do with the video. Youtube is pretty darn good at recognizing music so if you intend to upload there, make sure and use music not licensed. If you are just making it for yourself, you can use any music you want. There are links for Youtube audio downloaders but you kind of have to be careful. Virus's and stuff ya know. If you use a Mac, Garage Band has some great stuff and you can make your own music. Tons of videos on YouTube too about how to use it.
There are two places i use, Audionautix.com and Bensound. Music is free but you have to give credit in your video description. Then there is this one song I use where I have to do revenue sharing with Capital Records. You should recognize it. Sent from my SM-S902L using Tapatalk
