    what a read and i believe he did the wrong thing.... I support bow hunting in every way but, he should have took the hole deer and disposed. I believe he should not have just took the head. But, with 20 acres and people on three sides i believe that the only way bow hunting will get banned in there is if someone trespasses on land and gets hurt and someone tries to sue and wins. No telling what people can get away with these days.

    Sounds like the neiborhood needs educated on the need to regulate the deer population and minimize property damage. Also as a hunter its our duty keep a good rep and not place our stands in bad spots and it wouldnt hurt the guy to notify a warden and get permission to remove the dead animal before taking its head.
