Interesting pics from my first round of pics from my foray into mock scrapes.

First, let me say that Friday I check another mock that I put a cam on and my dripper (that my father in law placed too low) was tore down and chewed. There was an ok buck on the cam as well.

We both said "I guess that's why it says to hang it high" and chuckled. Lesson learned.

Checked a new spot that I made a mock at on a possible buck travel route suggested by Duke last year after looking at my topo. Pretty decent PA buck twice in the killable AM and some entertaining bear shots of why to hang your drippers high.

I even found a buck for Rob if he can just get the string back.

Really cool. Some rocky hillsides where you hunt. What kind of terrain feature did you hang those mock scrapes on Ben?

Very nice pics. I've never tried using a mock scrape this time of year.

    Blessings......Pastorjim

I've just been using a full spectrum scent. I just bought another bottle and plan to get out and do some refreshing after this rain.

Nice pics, Ben, but after seeing all this effort into killing bucks...

    I think we're full.

Don't worry. My brother will kill him. There were plenty of does on my cams too. I start passing does when I finish signing my last antlerless tag. :)

Haha! That bear was thinking, "I know there is a deer in that thing. I can smell him!"

Cool pics Ben. Rob could shoot that last buck if he would quit hurting himself.
