Most big box sporting goods stores carry both, Walmart/Amazon, farm supply stores also carry permethrin concentrates.

I bought some bulk permethrin cheaper but kept an old container of the sawyer mix so I can get the right dilution for the soaking process. https://www.travmed.com/products/sawyer-permethrin-aerosol-spray-plus-permethrin-clothing-soak great stuff. I'd recommend following Sawyer's directions on the use of permethrin. haven't heard of any problems and use it on all my outdoor clothing but still treat it with respect. good luck with it.
