I have seen a lot of people talking lately about the various hunting shows on air..... I do watch some of the popular shows with the most popular host but if I could nail down two shows that I have learned from more than any other...it would have to be :

    http://www.midwestwhitetail.com/ and
    http://www.growingdeer.tv/#/hunting-tips-winter-projects-for-better-hunting-next-fall

I have learned so much from these shows even though hunting in Iowa and Missouri is a lot different than here in SE NC. There are a lot of principles, practices, and tactics that work no matter where you are from. These guys cover every aspect of our sport from beginning of the year till the end and everything in between, especially growing deer.tv

Bill Winke and Grant Woods are great host as well. They don't have all these flashy commercials and crazy marketing tactics. They just do what they do and they are great at it. You are really missing out if you have not checked out their shows. Both of them are web shows but MW launched the TV show on the Sportsmans Channel last year but it does cover everything that is on the web..

Just thought I would share this info...

P.S. I really like Bowhunt or Die as well........

Josh, as I am probably the only remaining person in the entire USA that does not have cable or satellite I am only able to watch these outdoor's shows on the web. Thanks for sharing as I will add it to my short list of sites that I watch hunting shows.

D&DH usually does a pretty good job on the education front. Charlie seems to know his stuff.

Thanks guys...I hope more people check them out.... I have followed Midwest Whitetail since it began 4 years ago .... Just seeing the story lines and the history he has had with some of these deer is just amazing..Especially this past season. Bill shot a buck He called Daggers(170" ish) and a buck named the G5 buck(190" ish)....both are freaking giants in my book. He also missed an opportunity at a buck he calls the Double G4 buck...He is 6 years old and will likely breach the 200" mark. Just an absolute giant that I have watched grow online for 4 years... He jumped the string and got way but He recently found his sheds...Anyway I could go on and on.....The only other thing I will add is that he added different states to the website and they all have their on show but the main show is my favorite. These guys are hunting their on farm 98% of the time which is something I truly respect. They are not outfitter hopping although they do occasionally enjoy a hunt at another location....anyway I hope at least you two guys learn half as much as I have learned from them....

I have to agree with Fitz. Deer and Deer Hunting is probably one of the most informative shows out there. I also think some of there video is incredible.

I watch Midwest Whitetails. I think they do a real nice job of mixing the excitement of hunting with lots of information and tactics. They truly are trying to help us novice hunters learn how to hunt.

On a side not, they launched a new site last year called Midwest Whitetail Properties. They buy and sell land on there, but they also have informative videos on everything from buying/selling land to timber stand improvement, food plotting and land management. As a landowner, I find that site to be very informative.

I am a big fan of Midwest Whitetail. I think Bill is one of the best out there. It is also very cool to see what the deer are doing around the country in his state epsiodes.
