Hi all. I'm looking for an inexpensive container to put in the bed of my truck to hold my bow and some gear. Preferably waterproof. Any suggestions?

That's a pretty tall order - big enough to fit your bow (and not damage it), rugged enough to leave in the bed of your truck, and inexpensive. IMO when it comes to protecting your bow and you want it leave it exposed to the elements your best bet is to not go cheap. Something like a Bronc Box would work great but it's going to cost you $1,000. Ouch.

Personally I always keep my bow inside the truck and then have a tote in the back for gear. I use something like this and it works great for pretty cheap. It's not fully weatherproof, but it gets the job done and only costs $20. https://www.homedepot.com/p/Husky-20-Gal-Storage-Tote-17200553/204774811

Or you can pick up a 4 pack of weatherproof totes on Amazon for just over $100. https://www.amazon.com/IRIS-Quart-Weathertight-Store-4-Pack/dp/B000KA33Q8

    What is "inexpensive"?
You could look for a good used toolbox on craigslist. That should be large enough and water proof.

depending on your bow, this might be the trick. If you have a 28" ATA you could fix hooks on the interior wall, hang your bow, and still have tons of room for gear. I'm sure there are longer ones as well.
