    Indiana's season,,,so so late! I mean come on April 27th for the regular season :hater: Most peoples season is dam near over by the time ours comes in..RANT RANT :rant:

    Hey I am with you fellow Hoosier!!! What the heck is this all about. I am ready to get into the woods to do some hunting!!! I think the season will either be really good or really bad. Bad if all the hens are on nest already and the toms are done looking for love. Good if all the hens are on nest and the toms are still out looking for a little hanky panky.

    I think I might be going on the youth hunt this weekend...First time turkey hunting ever!

    I'll be hunting in Elkhart County....I have a place up in MI that I could also hunt, but i'm not sure of the season dates (gotta check em).

    waiting till May 1st up here in vermont, but then again we still have snow in the woods! so the 27th does seem pretty late for you guys! Our spring came early last year, birds were done breading by the time our season started, you had to pattern them and know where the wanted to be in order to kill on, Couldnt pay one to respond to a call, infact it scared them every time, left all of my calls in the truck one day so I wasn't tempted to use them!

    Yep my season here in Michigan doesnt start till May 2.. Come on already..
