Does anyone on here hunt around Lynnville in Southern Indiana. I was notified last Sat from a buddy at dispatch about a large buck hit on interstate 64. I went down and was given a salvage tag for it. This thing is absolutely huge but really busted up do to being hit by semi then ran over by a car. Was just wondering if anyone hunts there and maybe has trail cam pic, cause I would like to get him fixed to what he looked like. Thanks
Sorry Dan, not close enough. Lol. I actually had a buddy who's brother in law hunts that property and had photos. I'll maybe try to swing by and show ya this thing. It's the larger set of antlers I've ever got. Even being busted up his right side goes almost 87 inches and we are guessing him to be about 24/26 inches wide.
hey guys i was talking to a buddy of mine tonight about a 3D 5k run and shoot type thing. i seen a flyer for it over the summer but cant for the life of me remember where i seen it at. i believe its held in Bloomington or somewhere close to there. we are kind of interested in looking into it more. Does anyone know about it?
I don't know of any info about it. But that sounds way cool ! I would be interested in finding out about that as well.
I found one back on the 27th of December. I am heading down to our place this weekend to take a good walk around.
Went out and walked 2 farms today. Only found 1 dead head. Also did lil turkey scouting. Seen quite a few strutting already.

Well it's been about two years since anyone has posted here, I'm here in south central Indiana and already getting ready and can't wait for Oct.
Anyone self film their own hunts? I bought a camera this year to try to film this fall. Would like to find someone that will take a little time out of their day meet up and maybe give me some pointers on filming and running the camera. I know there is alot to learn. Kind of looking for that I wish someone would have showed me that when I started type thing.
