Thanks guys, it was a good day for sure. I took off work awhile ago for today, glad I did. The morning sit was pretty eventful, really foggy. I saw 7 deer, all out of range, and a boatload of turkeys kept me frozen for a good half hour. I decided to hunt a brand new set up where I saw a lot of deer travel last year. I had a perfect wind for this stand so it was a go. I spent the first hour kind of taking in the surroundings and she came in alone at about 6:30 walking straight at me towards one of my shooting lanes. When she entered the lane at 16 yards, the slick trick did the job. She took off and I thought I heard her crash, but backed out anyway. She didn't go more than 50 yards though. Thanks for the replies, good luck to you all and be safe out there!

Threw her in my cousins walk-in. Luckily he got it running early this year
