The lease will contain access to 1710 acres on 6 different properties and provide comfortable accommodations for hunters that want to “camp” while they pursue game. No, nothing fishy at all!! Just trying to find a good mix of local and out of state hunters to balance the hunting pressure during the year. We get asked all the time why we did not take out of state hunters. One reason was its Indiana and not Iowa!! License costs in Indiana were terrible. Now the state offers a bundle for non residents that allows for one buck and 2 antlerless deer at a bundle price of $269 I believe, and the harvest can happen over all the various bow, gun, muzzleloader seasons. It now becomes more affordable to ask out of state guys to join. Not sure why one would think that is fishy!!
Yes, I do! Nashville, Indiana to be exact!! Started leasing hunting ground for me and hunting buddies in 2003. Grew into having almost 3000 acres to hunt every year. I am not a leasing agent at all as some suspect. I am a hardcore hunter that realized I would have to lease to be able to manage game to my expectations and that is what I have done. I guess you know better than I do about that here on this site.. since I am a newbie. I can see where you could become warry of new comers if you got burnt before..
You guys could have a great lease and I hope you find what you are looking for but you can see a lot of the people here are questioning it. There are people that come on and post that they are selling something and never come back.
Tom, Whoa, slow down. I am one of your Field Testers for MonsterRaxx and we have talked on the phone as well as had emails back and forth. I know you can't keep up with everyone but believe me, I am on your side. I know these forums can get wicked but I think I explained all above pretty well. By the way, Monster raxx is the real deal and hopefully some of the 1845 posters will believe us. Take Care!!
Like my last post states guys get leery when some one offers something on their first post. That is why alot of people questioned it. I hope you guys find people to fill your lease, that can be hard to do with out a history with them.
