I'm not really sure what you expect. IU football has been total crap for as long as I can remember. I bet Navy could even beat Purdue right now.
Indiana doesn't have any good college football teams at all, hasn't for years.

Navy has been to three straight bowl games. They run a very unique offense. Excuses, I know, but IU's defense spotted them fourteen points and the offense couldn't quite dig out of that hole.

I'm ready for the QB carousel to stop. They need to start with Sudfeld and stick with him. In my eyes he is the best of the bunch and I think he has a chance to play on Sundays.

We'll see how they do against Bowling Green this weekend.

I still expect the Hoosiers to go bowling.

Did you miss out on the fact that Notre Dame played for the National Championship last year?

ha. Didn't you know Notre Dame is really in Illinois? Ask anyone remotely affiliated with ND and they will tell you South Bend is really a suburb of Chicago.

Illinois even makes a collegiate specialty license plate for ND. They don't w/ any other out of state school, even though a much larger percentage of Illinois-native kids go to Indiana U.

While I love my Hoosiers (BS '02), we haven't fielded a remotely competitive team since Antwaan Randle El was running around B-town. For football, I'll stick w/ my native Wolverines, and Hail to the Victors for last Satuday's game.

Actually yes, I forgot all about Notre Dame, honestly, I did lol.

And no, South Bend is not a suburb of Chicago, please don't bring down a nice Indiana city by making it part of The people's republic of Chicago.

I do like going to the IU football games still. Bloomington is a really fun town on game days.

I'd argue that Bloomington is a fun town on any day.

Haha, fair enough. I've had probably too much fun at times in that town.
What I meant was that during game days the atmosphere is a little more vibrant.
I've never been to assembly hall, I know, it's unholy in this state, but I just haven't had a chance. Hopefully this year that changes.
