i finaly decided to ask if my stance is correct ...

i never had an issue shooting just unsure because a few people say i stand off centre :S

i draw back with my left hand , sight with my left eye , and the arrow rest is also on the left side of my bow :S ,

im extreemly accurate up to 30 yrds , but after that my shots vary from the target up to 10 inches sometimes , just need some personal refrence from you guys .

If the arrow rest is off to the left side of your bow, wouldn't you be shooting with a right handed bow? If so, you will probably gain a bunch of consistency and accuracy by switching to a left handed bow.

Is it possible you are shooting a right-handed bow, left-handed?
If you are shooting a right-handed bow, right-handed (drawing the arrow with your right arm-holding the handle in your left) and using your left eye, at any real distance, you will experience parallax errors.
Parallax is the difference between where the target appears to be and where it actually is…

I am left-handed shooting right-handed and must block my dominant left eye to get consistent groups beyond 30 yards.

“Stance” is the relative position of your feet compared to a line drawn at a right angle from the target face to your feet.

It appears you may have string interference with the kit attached to the left side of your belt.

Feet should be shoulder width apart (athletic placement). The photo shows your feet very far apart.

If you draw a line straight from the target, out to your toes, the line should pass just beyond the tips of your toes for a “standard” stance.
A more “open” stance will put your left foot slightly behind the line (left breast slightly facing the target).
A more “closed” stance will place the left foot slightly over the line.

A good starting place is the standard stance.
I have found I do better with a slight open type stance.

The proof is in the target.

    left/right mix up

Man, did I get that one wrong. I was looking at your photo and got the left/right mixed up!

The kit appears on the left of the photo is actually on your right.
For a left-handed shooter, open is with the RIGHT foot slightly behind the line and closed is with the RIGHT foot in front of that imaginary line.

It's a good thing I didn't tell you to drink cyanide for a fever!

    Sorry man...
