Ohhhhhhhhhh nOooooooooooooooooooo... say it ain't so Joe. Turn in your man card. You could use some dog meat or something like that for the Generals menu.

I marinated thumb size chunks of venison in the General Tso's sauce for about 2 hours. I then took a Wok and cooked up the venison. As the venison neared completion I dosed the wok with a little bit of the GT sauce before letting it cool. That seemed to add a little zing that the kids enjoyed. I put the GT venison on top of some pre-made(I don't have vege cooking skills) Asian Vegetables I purchased last night in anticipation of the grand event. I wish I would have also bought some sticky rice. Anything the kids think is good and devour is good in my book.

    Sounds good to me.
I fried up some onions, mushrooms and green peppers along with slivered up venison loin for steak sandwiches. Home made fries were the side

Now that sounds good to me. I cut up some slivers of venison last night to make some sandwiches today. I just need to pick up some mushrooms and onions now and I am all set.

Listen guys, you may want to try this with leg steaks .... pound out some leg steaks thin ...cook them in a hot skillet until done ... saute onions and peppers (bell, banana, jalapeños ... whatever peppers you like) until soft. Season while cooking with salt and pepper..

Get kick butt hogie rolls ... butter with Mayo, put on steak, peppers and onions, add Provolone cheese or mozzarella if you like and sub oil (Beanaus)

Unreal Yummy!! And it's a great way to use leg steaks ... and TENDER? Pounding them out makes that happed .... awesome
