....laser sights? My buddy is tryin to talk me into a Crimson Trace laser for the 40. Hell, I'm a new shooter as it is, so I know absolutely nothing about the use of laser sights.

Any experience? Any thoughts? Accuracy? Ease of use?

I don't run CTs on mine, but I've looked at them extensively.

If you go to their website and do a little searching, you'll find some very neat info and I think they'll even send you a DVD and newsletter with additional info included.

I do, however, have one of their grips that I can put on my BowTechs... and yes, they are BADAZZ! :D

I just picked up a set last christmas.
For a defensive pistol, if you have the money I would suggest it 100%. They are simple to install and extremely accurate(assuming your gun is already accurate)

I will say one thing, coming from being a long time shooter, it was a little weird getting used to not looking at my sights & just looking at the dot.

I have my Bersa .380 set up with one. I love it. Easy to aquire the target and stay on center mass.

Got them on my Kimber 45 acp. Really like them and they have a off switch on them so you can turn it off if you wish. With the switch on the battery doesnt run down because its only engaged when you grip the pistol. Pricey little grips but well worth the cash IMO.
