A few years ago I bought a new Horton Team Realtree 175 HD crossbow from Bass Pro. I bought it so I could continue deer hunting for a few weeks that year.

Then my state decided to extend the gun season for a few weeks, that year. I didn't need the bow after all.

It's been in my closet. I never even fired it.

Now I want to use it, but I jacked up my lower back exercising, and I'd really like to get a reasonably priced cranking style cocker for the bow.

But then Ten Point bought out Horton and Horton is no more. Accessories are difficult to impossible to come by.

I ordered one from a third party, but then he emailed me and said, "Sorry, we're out of that item."

My question is, does anyone make a truly universal cranking style string cocker? Because it seems that all such devices are not only brand specific, but also model specific.

    thanx
