I am going to buy/layaway a bow this coming week money is kind tight so this is the only way the old lady isnt going to kill me for buying a new bow. i'm probably going after one in the $350.00 range or cheaper if i can. i need some advice. i'm looking for something light and fast w/ a comfortable grip. the dealer recommends the pse stinger but i'm wanting to try a different brand.

You are going tom hear "go shoot em all"...and that is solid advice, I really do not think there is a bad bow out there now a days. Yes some are better, but they are all pretty dang good. Since you mentioned money, I would suggest the classifieds here and AT...you can get a year/2year old bow for the price you listed. I see alot of Bear complete packages for around that price, guys with good feedback and accepting paypal are what I look for. Good luck

I think I would also check out some used bows with that budget...you may get more bang for your buck that way

I would also swing by a pro shop and see if they have any used bows in your price range, wouldn't hurt to check.
