Went to check some cameras today. Regardless of the brand of camera or the price you paid every camera in the world will work the exact same way when you forget to turn it on. It wont! Such an idiot. Pushed the button on my covert up but only to the setup stage not on. Did reposition it and will be back in a few weeks to check again. Did have some deer on another cam where I wasn't expecting any so that was a positive! Sent from my DROID3 using Tapatalk 2
Yeah really...I just did that the other day. Got about half way in and thought...huh! This camera feels lighter...lol. I left them in the truck and never put them in.
Did it for the first time last week, luckily I had just swapped cards a few days earlier so hopefully I didn't miss much. Moved that mp6 to a brand new property over looking a Raxx site double checked that badboy like 3x Prolly 20 pics of me lol Sent from my ADR6300 using Tapatalk 2
Well a mistake that I won't make again. It was a lesson well learned. From the looks of the area it doesn't look like a lot of deer activity has been going on lately but will find out in a few weeks.
I haven't ran any this year at all. Trying a new approach. Going back to scouting trips for a month starting next month and hanging stands at the end of the month. I'll only be going in one month out of the year until deer season. Kind of learned the patterns on my property. Last year I decided I would put them out and wait a month to check them. One of the 3 I left off when I set it up. I was a little ticked off at myself considering it was over my mineral station and the station was tore up from deer killing it. That won't happen again I can assure you.
Knock on wood I haven't done that yet....then again I haven't gotten back to Ohio to check my cams in almost 2 months!! Hopefully I don't have to recant my previous statement!! LOL :p
I've done it all. Forgotten keys, cards, batteries, and everything you can think of. One time I even put the same card back in the camera that I had just taken out. Blessings.........Pastorjim Sent from my SPH-D710 using Tapatalk 2
