I CANNOT GET A RESPONSE OFF THE FORUM PAGE (WHICH I ASSUME YOU ARE ALL PART OF), BUT I AM INTERESTED IN THESE ILLUMANIGHTS. AS I FIRST POSTED IN MY THREAD "BLOODTRAILS" ON THE FORUM, I HAVE VERY LITTLE OPEN SPACE TO TRACK THESE DEER AND IT IS VERY DIFFULCULT TO TRACK BECAUSE THE BRUSH IS FILLED WITH THORNS (AND AN OCCASIONAL RATTLESNAKE) AND IT IS HARD TO GET IN THERE. JUST WANTED TO SEE IF ANYBODY HAS USED THEM. I SEE THAT THEY WEIGH AN EXTRA 50 GR BUT THEY CLAIM THEY DO NOT AFFECT AN ARROW FLEIGHT UP TO 40 YARDS. IF YOU GO TO THE WEB SIGHT, A FEW PEOPLE IN THE INDUSTRY SEEM TO USE THEM. JUST BU!!sH!T?
Looks interesting. 50 grains added to the front of the arrow would increase your FOC, but I would wonder what kind of friction that adds when the arrow enters the deer. Seems like that could/would slow down the arrow a lot upon entering the deer and disrupt the penetration. That would be my main concern with that product.
