So far a bunch of caucusing. They're back out on the floor now but still not called back to order or whatever it would be.
So are they goin through all these amendments and then if 997 passes which I believe is #27, none of these matter except what's stated in there? I'm jus now kinda figuring all this stuff out and still not sure how everything really works?

Amendment 27 isbasically, HB997. But there are other Phelps amendments 22 and 24 that were probably discussed with others to amend 997 but doing so in 1155. But who knows what happens with 997 now. i'm confused. Following on several different sites and live feed. Few beers into it and not becoming clearer
These words are going to just keep getting twisted around and they will not agree on it. They want to come back at a later day with another amendment to the one they are talking about.
Yea idk either I think I'm jus gonna shut everything down and read about it later ha. That's what they want anyway is to confuse ya and then let all the bs slide on by.
I have a migraine that feels like there's something gnawing it's way out of my head through the back of my eyeball. So I'm already cranky. Trying to listen to this is making it worse. Picking fights with JZ isn't even making me feel better. Ugh. I think I'm going to move to Wyoming.
