    Pdf Magazine is out.

    http://www.deerinfo.com/pdf/Preview%202009%20IL.pdf

The show is Feb 27, 28th and March 1st at the Interstate Center in Bloomington IL.

Sunday is the best day to see oodles of antlers, but they start clearing out by 3pm.

Friday is the least busy day. Mid-day Saturday is often so packed you just shuffle around.

If you have kids with you, stop by our booth (Illinois Bowfishers). #2004 & 2006. We'll be running the kids archery booth. Stop by if you're interested in learning about bowfishing too.

Good, because otherwise I'll have to fashion one out of your intestines.
    :whip:

Bleedin Buck, yep all the vendors should be set up on Friday. There aren't nearly as many of the deer heads there on Friday but the crowd is much lighter. (about 600 deer heads are expected.. it's antler overload)

Looking forward to starin' Dan. ;)

I just read that St. Louis is the STD capital of the US. Watch out for that dancing banana Dan.

Say, just how far is Bloomington. If memory serves me right, it's way south, like 3 hrs from Chicago?

You guys must drive reeeaaally slow. It's only 15 minutes away when I drive there.

    ;)

BTW!!! I'm collecting hunting magazines, books and DVDs, etc.. to send to our troops. If you have anything you'd like to donate, please drop it off at the Illinois Bowfishers booth.

    thanks!

Just thought I'd mention this. I'm pretty sure that the big buck that was found dead a few miles from where I live WILL NOT be on display with all the other deer in the scoring area, but will be located in the Timber Valley Fresh Scent booth. If you stop by to see it there's a possibility that my dad's deer from a couple years ago will be in the booth as well. Just thought I'd let you guys know because I'm sure a lot of people are interested in seeing it with it possibly being the biggest buck killed/found in IL this year. I look forward to meeting some of you guys!

Does it matter how old they are? We've got a mixture of Buckmasters, Illinois Game & Fish, Turkey Call, Illinois Outdoors, and North American Whitetail mags that we might be able to get rid of. They aren't extremely old, but within the last year or two.

Thanks Mike. I have a radio interview to do on Saturday (you know, famous person that I am... ha!) otherwise, I should be there. What day are you coming down?

Brandon, I think anything within the past 12 months would be fine. Thanks.

I'll have to see if Mechdoc wants to go down on Sunday for the show. Maybe Fergie and Peakrut too.

Just found out they need help in the Bowtech Booth. So I'll be there Saturday and Sunday. They usually have a couple of free bows to give away to first ones to ask each day.;)
