Total bunk, Cruz had a very impressive legal career...Obama's was a joke. Obama's grades have been sealed for a reason, his socialist Chicago connections are all that propped him up his entire adult life. It's a little weird to compare a few years as a community organizer to tenure as the largest states solicitor general. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ted_Cruz Between 1999 and 2003, Cruz was the director of the Office of Policy Planning at the Federal Trade Commission, an associate deputy attorney general at the United States Department of Justice, and as domestic policy advisor to U.S. President George W. Bush on the 2000 Bush-Cheney campaign. He served as Solicitor General of Texas from 2003 to May 2008, after being appointed by Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott.[6] He was the first Hispanic,[4][7] the youngest[4][8] and the longest-serving solicitor general in Texas history.[9] Cruz was also an adjunct professor of law at the University of Texas School of Law in Austin, from 2004 to 2009.[10][11] While there, he taught U.S. Supreme Court litigation. Besides he's been a far better senator than Obama ever was.
I never said he built anything from scratch. He's made and lost more money that all of us put together, but he has done a lot in his life and that was my point.
I consider graduating from college as a beginning, not a career accomplishment. A You'll have to excuse me if I'm not impressed with a resume that consists of Lawyer and senator.
I at least respect Bernie. I hate most of his ideals, but at least he isn't just pandering and I believe that he would stand by his convictions, which is a lot more than I can say for most of the candidates.
Cruz senator and a a lawyer. If Cruz was black Democrat he would not be qualified by your standards correct?
If he were a black democrat he wouldn't be Ted Cruz...where the eff are you coming up with this ridiculous BS...put the bong down and we can continue this discussion.
Even thinking about politics makes my stomach queasy anymore. I don't trust politicians, they don't fix problems they compound them, and I feel like we are so far off from what our founders created that things will only get worse until they get better.
I am saying Ted is the least qualified, Just like Obama was, so we would get the same door knob in office we have today, just with different spots. Ted gives speeches folks want to hear, sound familiar?
That's assuming all lawyers are created equal. Obama is a miserable person with a core philosophy of hatred, socialism and a love for islam. From his family and upbringing to his Chicago mafioso connections to his associations with convicted terrorists and American hating pastor. Comparing Cruz to Obama with any type of parallel is an absolute absurdity. Cruz is over qualified to be president in comparison to Obama. All that is needed for a qualification is being a decent person and understanding and believing in the foundation of this county. Cruz is that in spades...Obama is the polar opposite.
From a pure outdoors perspective: I only give money to the NRA & Pope & Young, I feel they are the best organizations to help hunting in the long run. Can you imagine if Hillary got elected what she would do to guns alone? She has vowed to fight the NRA. I am thinking about future purchases if she just gets the Democratic nomination.
Not as libertarian as I'd like but I like and agree with a lot of his fiscal approach. But this election we have the opportunity to get someone really good and I just keep going back to Rand Paul.
