Somewhere in Southern Iowa. I love my uncles farm in beautiful southern Illinois and all the places I hunt in Illinois but......it's Illinois.

I own 183 acres in NE MO. I'm 15 miles from Iowa and the same distance from Illinois. Love it, the people are great and the deer and turkey hunting isn't bad either.

I'd have to invade Fitz neck of the woods. My Grandma and Grandpa had a cabin on Fall Lake that I went and visited pretty much every year when I was a kid. To have a good section of land to hunt and also access to fishing would be perfect. Fewer people the better.

Otherwise, I just stick around the land I hunt on now. All woods, not many neighbors, decent hunting, and fishing, direct access onto ATV and snowmobile trails.

Honestly I'd just be happy to own land in any County in MN within 2 hours drive of the Twin Cities in any direction. I'd be totally content with a little, or a lot of land management to improve it, and my kids would have a place close to home to call their own.

If I could I would buy a portion of the elm creek park reserve in Dayton MN Close to home monster deer turkey and butts up to my grandparents land. Deer hide out there and come to our property at night to feed although they do slip up sometimes. I dream of owning the land in the reserve.
