Idaho is certainly my #1 contender. Wyoming, montana, colorado, new mexico, maybe even oregon or Utah I'd have to do more research but I'm pretty sure I'd be perfectly happy in any of the listed states.

Although high on the list might be missouri. Great fishing & hunting & closer to the mountains than PA.

Colorado plain and simple...elk hunting, mule deer hunting, sheep hunts and Shiras Moose in some parts as well.

Fishing is great in the spring, awesome motorcycle riding in the summer and winter...well you would catch me ridin in the area where Chris Burandt does his backcountry boondockin'......

I'm originally from north MO and I just moved to Des Moines, IA to get back to the area. It took me almost 7 years to get back but now I can hunt the family land in North MO again. For me it's whitetails with a bow, I'm more than happy here.

Montana. Along the Milk River. Big bucks, lots of deer....Lots of other stuff to shoot, too. And catch. I just wish it weren't so damn cold there in the winter....But I guess we can't have it all.

Wyoming or Montana... Big whitetails, mule deer, elk, moose, sheep, goats... pheasants, quail, chukars, hungarian partridge, grouse, and waterfowl... rainbows, walleye, northerns, crappie... does it get better than that?

And I'll trade these 102 degree days for cold winters any day. I can always get warm but once I'm naked... that's it :D
