Ive got too many irons in the fire. Ive got a bow just about done, that was intended to be next years hunting bow. If I get a few hours to finish, ill post some pics. Its tillered and just needs the perty work done. But in the mean time, I have been a snake hunting and found some perty bow backings.

Here is one of two real nice bitten worm skins I got last week while mowing the lot at my big shop. This is one of two, almost identical skins.

Here is a really cool rat snake skin I got due to an accident. I normally don’t kill the rat snakes, but this guy was in a friend’s house who doesn’t share my concern for the good snakes. So he took a hoe to its head.

I’ve got a bodark branch I started chasseing a ring on a while back for a self bow. It will be a character bow due to all the knots and twists. It’s even got some cool, natural reflex that will help make it snappier. I think some of these skins will look really cool on it.

Mate that rat snake skin looks great.

Looks like you still have a lot of work to do on the Bodarc bow.
But knowing you it will be done in no time.
