A father that had a history of aiming a pistol at his daughter as a way of "making a point", shot and killed her Saturday. I hope they throw the book at this a-hole.

I can not fathom even pointing a gun at anyone. To point one at your own child is beyond comprehension and to pull the trigger on an "empty" gun to make a point is appauling. No matter what his punishment, he will suffer his poor decisions for life. And should.
