Peak, Throw in a chev, and a ford. And I'll grab a case and sit with ya. Nothing like watching peoples expressions when their vehicle is buried in water.

    So, update,
I got quite annoyed with how things were going last week, so I swung by my dad's, and grabbed his auger, with my icefishing gear.
I went out, using the Jeep as the warming hut.

First I went around looking at the Lake map that I had... Found a couple decent looking areas. Drilled some holes. Dropped the cam in the water. Then I found a couple spots within a 15 yd area that were holding. so I put a rattle reel in one, then in the other, and parked the Jeep accordingly. rolled the window down a bit, and basked in the sun.

It was a much better area once I turned my cell off.

THe wind was blowing, but i had that side on the other side of the Jeep.

The outcome? I never really got to stay warm for the first hour or so. It started with the sunnies, about 5, not big enough to keep.
Then the crappies, and a random bass. But they were just a bit too small for me to keep. lol.

Then they all started getting bigger. so I said, "If they keep biting, then I will start keeping them."
SO I never kept any thing. Even my 4.5 lb Northern.
That one I just cut the line. I hate those things. lol. they suck. they are all slimy, and make you smell like fish for a while. Don't want that in my Jeep.

    Went fishing again.

We (dad, wife, me) went out to Green Lake, in Chisago county. We messed around for a bit, and had a good time. The weather got up to 47 degrees!!!

My wife found a new friend. He was wandering around from group to group. The owners didn't watch him very well. It was kind of funny. Good dog though. He just wandered up, and sat next to my wife for about 10 minutes. She seemed to enjoy the company.

This was the only real fish caught. We could see them all on the camera, just couldn't make them bite.

Over all, with the weather, and the little ones biting, it was fun. Going to look into getting a house with a bathroom in it for a day at a bigger lake. Hopefully the weather will co operate like Sat.

Underwater camera's can be a great tool for pre-tournament fishing. Wouldn't use them during the tournament though. I have one but have been trying to find someone that can fix it all winter long. Need to find a small electronics repair shop that can work on it.

    I have a deal... Did I make an offer? I don't understand.
    I don't speak 'sconie. ;)

Yes, my dad has an underwater cam. Works great.
It's the Cabela's brand one. Not the lantern style cam, but the one that looks like it has a big shiny "personal massager" attached to it.
