Alright to create the official post that was started earlier in another thread I am officially posting the information here. Anyone and everyone located in the Northern IL area or Southern WI are be sure to mark your schedule to come out to a great party out on the ice on January 24th. And for those of you that survive you are welcome to stay and party on Sunday also. It is our associations annual Ice Fishing Derby. Now everyone is welcome to fish but most of us just party. Daily activities usually include ice bowling, baggo, washers, bonfire, ton's of food and more to drink then most can handle. And we do catch some fish!!! It is definetly one of my favorite weekends every year and I hope that many of you can join me. I have plenty of room at the house for people to crash if you wish and plenty of fishing gear if you would like to give it a try. After the fishing events we all make our way over to the association for some more drinks, music and gambling! Definetly something you don't want to miss. I know that Raceway mentioned that he is going to probably make it! Hopefully all the locals can make it!
What about some of you other locals? Sevenmag, Camo500efi, Duke, Dr. Andy and all the others, hope you can make it. I already talked to Justin and it sounds like he will possibly make it.
I have a rabbit hunt that day with a bunch of guys from Trad gang. I'm hoping to make it after the bunny chasing with our bows!

Christine are you going to be able to make it? We can cut a hole in the ice and you can shoot straight down. Not sure how well that will work but would be cool to try!

madhunter- glad to hear that you will be able to make it. Plan to come early and stay late! Party will take place all day but we start before sunrise!! First keg was polished off by 9:30 am last year. Probably see if we can beat that record this year! LOL
