In Virginia, for the court to grant full custody to the male half means they must truly believe the female half is evil. Sorry, had to say it.
You speak the truth my friend... When I started this whole process a long while ago I kind of figured that I was going to have to FIGHT my butt off because VA definitely sides with the female counterparts... If we had not had a Guardian Ad Litem involved to do the investigations of my home and her home and just interviewing us in general and getting a feel for who we are as people... I dont think court would have went the way it did... Then again it may have because she was spewing a bunch of BS and the judge saw right through that but it only helped that the Guardian shredded her story even though technically she wasnt there for me but everything dealt with my daughter's well being... In short I am ecstatic about the outcome of this custody hearing and the fact that my ex buried herself in court
