I had a similar situation with a shop I bought my bow from. They just set up the bow and said I would be good to go. I struggled to get my broadheads to hit where my field points did. I struggled with the idea of just setting my pins for my broadheads. I shoot 50-60 arrows a day. I would be tearing up targets if I did that with broadheads. I kind of like to have my stuff dialed in. I finally found a shop that would get my bow tuned correctly. The guy told me to come in first thing in the morning and he would fix me up. We worked on the bow for three hours and got it right. This guy is a much or more of a perfectionist as I am. Not only did he get me set up, but he made sure I understood all the correction he was making to my bow. Needless to say this is the only place I will go to spend my money on archery equipment and I will never go back to where I bought my bow from. He did all this work for me and I did was buy a dozen new arrows that were the correct spine. Customer service.
