If quitting for hunting is what it takes!!! Good for you. Not judging, chewed for 18 years. Quit almost 3 years ago. It is hard, but can feel a difference in my mouth. Your lungs and the rest of your body will thank you. Keep at it. Just remember, you can never kill a big buck smoking. Haha. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Good luck! My dad smoked for 50 years before the cancer finally caught up with him. Beyond hunting, do it for your health and also for your family/friends.
Based on what I learned helping out with 7 day stop smoking seminars, after 7 days you should more or less be over the physical addiction, and then it is purely a mental exercise when you run into the things that trigger the desire to smoke. Good choice, no matter why. Good luck.
what a day!! first this morning when i woke up was to go smoke.....aaaahh but i did not!!!!!!. but on a good note i did eat a little day..lol
well today was still tough but so far i'm doing good. every time i want to smoke I've been chewing gum since it was raining all day.
And one day soon your gonna realize 6 hours went by and you haven't even thought of smoking!! Keep strong!!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
