    I posted this last year and it seemed to help a lot of guys doing their scouting. This might be old news to some hunters and new information for others

    Yeah, I seen this video last year. Helped a ton. Thanks. I am not very knowledgeable when it comes to trees. I do not know my trees as well as I would like. Again, thank you for taking the time to show everyone the difference.

    Good video for sure.

    In today's uber sensitive society this will probably go over like a ton of bricks, but my great grandmother was Seminole (I never got to meet her she passed before I was born). She actually taught my grandpap and he taught me; "red man pointy stick, white man round ball, red oak pointy leaf, white oak round leaf". I've never forgotten it so it works.

    Red is pointed like an arrow head, white is rounded like a bullet. Being a former MN DNR forestry employee I had to know my trees.
