I was looking through some of my trailcam pics from this year and spotted what I think is my buck. The pic was taken over a mock scrape I had made just a few days prior to the season opener.Check out the very end of the left mainbeam. What do you guys think? I included a map of where the pic was taken on 9.30.10 and where I shot him on 11.23.10. I'm thinking it is him.

It's kinda funny if it's him. When I showed my buddy this pic, I told him I'd probably pass him if given the opportunity. Well, that thought never even crossed my mind when he was in my sights. :D

    Oh yea !! I'd say that's him.

I've had trail cam photos of the same deer 3miles apart. I was shocked, when I first noticed. It's amazing how we generally dont even think about the distances these animal travel.

Congrats on a great buck, bro !!!

I'd say def same buck and you're right, it doesn't get much better than being able to take a deer you previously got a picture of. Congrats!

    Blessings.....Pastorjim

My friend shot a buck a mile from where I had him on cam . I was amazed how much bigger his body got between August and November. Didn't even look like the same deer except for the antlers.

Yeah, same buck. The start of a g4 on the left beam is the same in both photos, also everything else looks to be the same. Congrats on having pics of him, I've always wanted to shoot a deer I have on camera.
