I'm hoping that the delayed response is because your driving around with him in the back of your truck showing him off :tu:

This can't be good. I sure hope this guy found this buck and he's passed out drunk at a local watering hole cause if he's not on him yet, he must not have hit him as hard as he thought.

Hope he's swigging a Busch pounder as we speak.

STUD of a buck. If you put it where you said then he's definitely down somewhere. Good Luck, Be Patient and don't lose hope.

Thats a dandy! I'm hoping to see the pics very soon on here. If you hit him where you think you did, especially if you found coughed up blood, I think he's a dead deer and won't be too far away.

Man I hope we see some pics of this dude on the ground soon!

Perhaps, he has been cleaning the deer all this time and simply forgot to update us or perhaps Bambo got him.

My friend said the rain would actually help with the dog picking up the scent from the blood trail... Although the blood is gone, the scent should remain.. I still feel good about the shot... Thanks everyone for thinking of me... I will keep you posted. I do have a pic of a nice 140s buck that one of my buddies shot yesterday....

I guess they are going after it tomorrow with dogs ... not today

Trust me, if a member with 14 posts goes out of his way to post pics of a deer he hit but hasn't found yet, we would here if he found it.

Don't think he'll have much luck dragging a dead dog into the mix but what do I know.

Good luck Hicks. We're pullin for ya.

Whenever I see these threads I want SO bad for them to find the deer early the next morning and rejoice with them .... this is without a doubt the worst part of hunting ....
