I shot a buck fawn - On purpose

    You did what was right...

    Any responsible hunter would of done the same.

    I've actually been waiting for an injured doe at my mother-in-laws house in Hillsdale. According to her the doe is nursing a serious leg injury (never touches the ground). She is a city dweller deer (Hillsdale, MI), and doesn't travel to far, so hopefully I can put her out of her misery and show her the respect she deserves.

    I think this is right. On the plus side, you earned a buck at the same time.

    It's always nice to see hunters doing the rite thing. Well worth the tag.

    Nice job Christine. Way to step up to the plate. I had to do the same thing last year with a doe fawn that had her face shot off. Never easy seeing this sort
    of thing.
