Hmmm louder and less forgiving but slower i would stick with the drenalin your gaining speed but giving up stealth and accuracy speed isnt worth that

Mathews has the new Z7 and it looks awesome! I haven't shot it yet, but I plan on trying it out very soon. I'm looking at new bows myself and I think I have them narrowed down to the Z7 by Mathews and the Maxxis by Hoyt. You can't go wrong with either.

I think I killed many deer even Pope and Young with a old Jennings Carbon Extreme that shot low 230 FPS. Speed don't kill deer. I would stick with a smooth easy draw, quiet and one that feels the best to the shooter.

I just shot the new Mathews Z7 this weekend; it is awesome! Very smooth, fast, and very accurate. I absolutely love this bow! No hand shock and so quiet it's sick! This bow could be the best Mathews has ever made and I've never been a Mathews guy either; with that being said I am now a Mathews guy because mine is on order!

We say this every year don't we? I mean can it really be that much smoother and quiet than any of the new bows the last few years? Doubt it, we have been saying zero handshock for 5 years now. lol Can it get better than zero?

I'm curious if you ever shot the Alphamax? If so how do the two compare? I can't imagine anything being much better than my Alphamax.

Hmmm... Split limbs.... Dual cams..... Sounded like you should be looking at a Hoyt to me:p The new Maxxis is an absolute beast. don't let personal opinions be the driving force in buying a bow. Only you know what feels good for you!

I know what you're saying, lol! But, I just went from an old Reflex Express I've had for a long time, so any new bow is gonna feel better! I got the bow as a Christmas gift several years ago and it never really "fit" me comfortably. I shoot these new bows and it's like night and day; the new bows are so much better.
I will say, you can't go wrong with Hoyt either. That new Maxxis is an awesome awesome bow; the Z7 just felt better to me. I shot both and it was very tough for me to make up my mind, but I decided on the Mathews. You will be happy with the Maxxis, it's all about what feels comfortable.

To be honest I'd stick with the Drenny because the Monster isn't as forgiving, as quiet, or as good looking a decked out Drenalin

I have used my old trusty switchback for 2 years and it pulled thru every time but I shot the new Destroyer and all I can say is its NASTY. It is fast, quiet, good brace height and really smooth and well its on order already!

I decided to not lay on the couch all day today. Instead I went to the local Mathews dealer to look at the Z7. Should've stayed home. I might have to get it. I purchased a Mission Eliminator in September and had every intention on it being the bow for me for a long time. The Z7 is the bow for me. Now I have to decide to keep the Eliminator for a back up or sell it to my brother.
