Greg...buddy.....you're a very honorable man. I admire you for what you did. I sure hope you get that fine reduced. Note: After i passed on that 10pt last year for the same reason, I went home and cut a strip of plastic 13 inches long and put a string on it. Now I hang it from a limb "deer head high" to use as a reference while I'm hunting east TX. Also, you don't suck at hunting, it's just life buddy and sometimes it's bumpy.
Texas, you are quite a dude...seams that you understand the spread rule and the reason that area has such great hunting, you also understand and accept responsibility for all that came with your decision. You are a good man. We need more people willing to accept fault reagrdless how stupid we think a rule is.
