After leaving my land where I hunt whitetails, I drove by this guy. He was on the land across the road from where I can hunt, and I've seen him in the field where I am able to hunt. Only problem is that he always stays by the road, on either side, and there is no cover in the areas I can hunt. It's right off of the highway and a busy road going into a subdivision and the area it's by is full of rich people who don't like hunters. Hopefully next year he makes a trip to the trees I hunt. Last year he was a skinny racked, but decent sized 3 point.

Great buck !! There is no way you could get some white/striped camo and stalk him ??

Not with how close he sticks to the roads. We aren't allowed to hunt within 300 yards and he would be boarderline

Ok that would make it very tough. Heck you can shoot a deer from most roads here. If we had your law... the poor road hunters would be in a world of hurt. We have way too many of them. 300 yards seems a little strict though. I would be darn happy if we had to be a 100 feet from the road to be legal. It sure would solve a lot of our poaching problems on posted land !!
