I need some ideas on what to plant on a river in south carolina

    ok I have planted a few things and only one plot survived!Ive planted clover,oats,and cow peas and brassicas!I only have a small tiller but I have to plant like roads because they don't want any trees cut!I need something that will grow in like sandy dirt and something with a lot of tounnage thanks for the options and God blees us all!!!!

    and I only have enough space to plant at the most like a 10to20 yrd. wide and maybe a 100yrds. long is the biggest place I have that I can plant I know im a little behind schedule but I haven't been seeing anything anyway so whats gonna hurt lol!!!

    The people in st. Matthews are very good. We planted clover and wheat this year and its done good so far but we have clay up here in the upstate where I am.

    Hard to give any advice without having some idea of the conditions, a local person would be a good bet. Sandy but how much moisture does it get over winter, etc...
