I have way more then enough hunting clothes lol. From lightweight stuff to my heater body suit and everything in between. Now I'm buying Kuiu clothing for my upcoming elk hunt. This crap is expensive but I keep buying it. Really all my extra cash gets spent on hunting.

My friends always joke with me and say I take over $3000 of gear with me on each hunt. Sad thing is they might be a little low haha.

80% of my funds go towards hunting. It's definitely an addiction.

I got over the spending spree about 10 years ago. I noticed how expensive things were getting and that was enough. when you see $500 for a coat that's insane. my camo clothes are about 8 yrs old and ripped and wore out but it makes no difference to the game I'm after. they can't tell if it's new or old. the other hunters in the parking lot are the ones that notice. they are all dressed like they just walked out of cabelas. I'm the one that's actually laughing they just don't know it.

In 1981 My first PSE bow cost a $120.00. I think equipment has got better, but not 10 times better.Time has a way of helping you sort out the needed from the I want it.

I can find clothes in short fat and tall skinny but evidently you're not supposed to be tall and fat.

Addicted as well!! But, when I want something and buy it for myself, I feel horrible because I feel like I should have spent the money on my wife and kids!! Wierd, I know, its like i feel guilty for some reason.

I don't feel near as bad now. We moved last year. Funny how much "stuff" you find.

I had that same problem starting out, but once you have what you need to get the job done, its enough. Nowadays I keep it minimalistic.

Hi, my name is ------ and I'm an elkaholic, drug addict and a compulsive liar... Just kidding I'm not a drug addict but I do have a hunting/fishing problem - whenever I see a piece of Camo on sale I buy it. I have dozens of Camo hoods, pants, gloves, boots and hats along with several dozen arrows - in case the other hundred break. I have five bows and over 200 fishing rods and reels. I need help....

Addicted here also!! Since the end of December I've bought 3 bows, about 6 dozen arrows, 3 targets & about 8 packages of Broadheads. I think I need help.

Who am I kidding!!! I'm headed out this morning to pick another HHA for my Pse I just got.
