    :rock: The Poplar tree leaves anyway, they were falling like mad today, seems there always first. I know its like SWELTERING HOT here but just for a moment I got a spinal chill seeing the leaves bomb off today :tu: Come on October :)

    Yep, a few birch and walnuts are starting to drop...plus I go back to work in a week:( Fall is coming.

    They're falling here and the grass is browning up too...unfortunately its because it was 106 degrees today and has been over 100 almost everyday for the last 3 weeks! I CANNOT wait for fall!!! :)

    Crick around here I see tons of acorns falling and with some trees they have been
    falling since the 2nd week of July. As for the leaves nothing yet my friend.

    Yep, the first reaction I had when I saw leaves falling was just like yours. Then I realized that it's happening because of the extreme heat and no rain. They're falling here because the trees are in trouble. Ever see the animated kids movie Fern Gully? "Can't you feel it's pain"?:D

    I walked down to swap out my chip in my game camera and noticed that there were a lot of leaves on the ground also. When I got to my feeder, I noticed a small tree, about 3-4" diameter and about 15' tall, that the whole top of the tree was laying down almost pointing at the ground. I hope we get out of this heat wave soon.
