Can I sit on your back deck in Nederland and grill sockeye for the week... bow at the ready? We had a pretty good day with the gillnet yesterday.

I think the OTC Elk tags go on sale tomorrow as well don't they? I keep reading about a Habitat stamp, do we need to buy one of these for each tag purchased?

    Greg,
I need some more reliable bowhunting companions. I'm forced into deer hunting with 3 rifle hunters this August...

Funny you should say that Dave. A parcel for you arrived at my house today....it's from "Safari" something or another.

ANd for the record, you won't need a bear tag. I have a feeling you'll be so fat and happy from all the food and spirits we'll feed you that you won't even leave camp!

For sure images of the table fare...

We're going to be eating plenty of this:

Any NON US citezens having trouble purchasing an OTC Elk tag. I have been trying today and every time I get to the checkout it says I must input a Hunters Ed number. I have put in my Hunters Ed number from over here but it still states I must input a "Hunters Ed number" when i go to check out. Any idea's? I Have emailed CO Fish and Game, just waiting on a response.

Ours are a little different, we don't have a 'number or Id' on our cards so all I put in was my initials and 001 on the end - it went through fine. Martyn may able to throw more light on it however as he drew a Mulie tag. No boubt he'll be along later.
