Guys, the clock is ticking..... I'm still toying with 4 different bows trying to decide what's coming with me but I suppose I should be thankful for that specific dilemma as it's not such a bad one really....

Likewise, I yearn to be lying there listening to a coyote singing a song off in the distance and maybe faintly hearing a bugle in a faint echo in the middle of the night.....Like a DRUG, those mountains "call to me," making it so I am unable to completely focus on anything but being there during the two weeks or so before I actually get to leave and travel to them......

I'm waiting on another bow to be finished so hopefully I will be bringing my Firefly and Big Jim's Thunder Child over.

Just booked my flights. I'm in on the 16th at 11:00 and out on the 25th at 17:10. So far the plan is that Rex is driving in to Denver to get me and drop me off. If anyone else is coming or going around those dates let me know and we can arrange to get you to/from camp.

I just got 4 sockeye in the gillnet last night after work. Hopefully I'll get enough for a smoker load by the end of the weekend.

If by straight up you mean straight in to hunt then yes. Rex is supposed to get there a couple days before with his camper/trailer and get set up.

Okie dokie, I'll talk to Rex. I plan on set up the camp one or two weekends in advance (must likely two). I know the Aussies are getting here early...

I talked to Rex this morning and he's planning on leaving NY the first of Sept. or even late in August. He doesn't think he can get his trailer in where you guys were last year so maybe you better firm things up with him and figure out what he's up to Will.

I'll have to sort out with you Will as to what us Guys from UK are doing , as we set off before you in 2008 in your other truck with Cavan , Billy and Kc or is it a similar plan this time round ?? . I remember Gary came with you to get the truck and then we went off too camp with the Sullivan's before you finished work .

Hell yeah its getting close , cannot wait to meet everybody .

Rex must have one of those NY low riders... I will call him. He was saying something about camping on the concrete leftover from Camp Hail (home of the WWII 10th Mountain Army Division).

Dave, we'll iron out the wrinkles as we get closer. I have a few locals going. We'll toss you lads in somewhere.
