Gonna be a ST Magnum on the tip of my arrows, should be between 445 - 460gr total weight, when finished out. Still not sure of WHICH bow I'll shoot them out of though. I may need inpatient therapy at "Archer's Anonymous" for my addiction to buying bows....:D It's lookin' like it will be either the AM32 or the AM35, but not 100% sure yet. I could end up wielding my trusty old Trykon in the end....... :bash:

    Cheers Mark , appreciated Buddy

As for Broadheads , a good friend of mine advised me to use Outback Supreme single bevel 125grn and they are super accurate ;)

Greg, you and Russ HAVE to go!
We can figure out a way to get y'all there. Didn't Russ buy a new bike? Strap a sidecar on that baby and get rollin!

Seriously, we will figure it out. We might just have to be a Dodge full of sardines on the trip.

    Will,
I'm still working on getting a tent also. I'll be bringing some propane and water jugs as well as other gear I believe we'll need. Let me know what else I can do.

I'll be using ST 125grn Mags again.

I have a half decent coleman tent (not canvas) I can pack in, it's big enough for 3 and their gear...it's 10x16 I think, and I'll be packing in my backpack tent to sneak over the mountain.

Sounds good Waid and Doug. When I can set up all of my stuff without fear of it being rained on, I will. I purchased two military diesel tent heaters for the 16x20s. I'm trying to find something to hold feul other than 5 gallon Jerry cans. Any thoughts? I hate stoking wood stoves, and the thought of running out of feul in the middle of the night isn't any better.

Heaters??? I'm not real sure there'll be any "heater" in my tent, but that's why I have a good bag...:D

As for something that holds fuel, you might look on Craiglist or someplace and see if you can score a used fuel tank like guys put in their truck beds, TSC sell some that run around $100 and hold various amounts (30-60gallons if I remember correctly), but you have to get a pump for them also.

Okay, it must've been a few years..... A little pricier now.....

    Here ya go.....

Yeah, I hear ya Doug. My concerned is with the ladies coming. OK, maybe me too... It's nice to have if the weather turns wet and nasty.

I did think about the truck bed tanks. I leaning towards two 30 gallon plastic barrels with the appropriate pipe fittings. The heaters are totally gravity fed. I'll build some stands for the barrels to sit on.

Worst case scenario, I'll be in the truck, but I've slept out in a little snow before and lived......:D

Two blade 220 grain Single bevel Outback Supremes will be on the end of my arrows. My arrows are 340 Full Metal Jackets. Total arrow weight Including the broadhead will be about 700 grains.

    Will,

I'll be bringing an extra tent with as well. Maybe even 2 of them. I can also bring 2 five gallon jugs with for water. I'll even fill them up before I leave so you all can taste some good water from the north. ;)

Haha you Guys , I can second the reason you don't want them heaters running out of fuel . Some mornings it was ffffffreezing outside and the last thing you wanted to do was climb out of your maggot (sleeping Bag ) , but when the heaters were running all night , it made things a little more pleasant .

What ya need is a good ole camp fire :)

Steve , you gotta be in the Big tent to share the BS .......... and Will's flatulance .... paaaaarp = windy lol , he said it was bears , yeah right :p
